Raising Money for WaterAid UK

In order for my aimless galavanting not to be a complete waste of time, I thought I’d help raise money for WaterAid along the way.

Almost 2,000 children die every day from diarrhoea caused by unsafe water and poor sanitation – that’s around 700,000 children every year (more than AIDS, malaria and measles combined). Thankfully, we can do something to change that.

Last year, WaterAid helped 1.5 million of the world’s poorest people gain access to safe water and sanitation, and helped save thousands of lives.  You can read more about their valuable work here.
